All Tours are subject to our following terms & conditions.

1. The tariff mentioned are NET on twin sharing basis. Any increase in statutory levy by Govt. & Fuel prices in course of time will be charged extra. Any increase in AIR FARE Prices shall be charged extra. Any State Road Tax if levied will be charged extra on all car packages. Any additional night required will be on Single Supplement basis. Please ask from us for our special Group Package Prices.
   
   
2. Prices do not include:- Insurance of any kind; Camera fees; Excess baggage charges; Alcoholic & Non Alcoholic drinks; Mineral Water; items of personal nature; tips & gratuities. Prices quoted do not include any other expenses that may have to be incurred by the guests on account of any illness; hospitalization; or overstaying due to any reasons beyond the control of Master Tours & Travels or their representatives.
   
   
3. Where the cost is not mentioned separately for the children. Children below 2 years are on complimentary basis (expenses of milk etc. on direct payment from the hotel); from 2 years to 8 years of age accompanying adults will be charges @ 60% of the package prices & above 8 years shall be charged @ full package prices.
   
   
4. All package bookings are to be made 45 days prior & shall be confirmed only on receipt of 100% advance payment in shape of Cash or Demand Draft payable at Jammu favoring Master Tours & Travels.
   
   
5. CANCELATIONS.

   a)	@ 25% of package amount if cancellations are more than 30 days before tour commencement.
   b)	@ 50% of package amount if cancellations are between 25 to 30days of tour commencement.
   c)	@ 75% of package amount if cancellations are between 10 days of tour commencement.
   d)	No Refunds if cancellations are within 10 days of tour commencement
   e)	The guests must inform Master Tours & Travels for these effects as Hotels / Houseboats will not entertain any queries in this regard.

   
   
6. Master Tours & Travels only offers these packages, and the Hotels & Houseboats shall not be entertaining any queries in this regard.
   
   
7. Master Tours & Travels shall not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights or trains or any other mode of transport due to bad weather or natural clamity or any other causes beyond our control. Cancellations on these account are subject to deduction as mentioned in the above clause (5).
   
   
8. Master Tours & Travels acts as an agent of Transport Co./ Hotel / Houseboat and has no responsibility as Principal; nor is responsible for any loss or damage of life or property of the passenger during the tour.
   
   
9. Master Tours & Travels has the right to revise / suspend any package offered at any point of time and can refund the advance received. The holder of the package shall not have any claim against it by any reason thereof.
   
   
10. Indemnity Bond countersigned by Parents / Guardians (only in case of minors) and then endorsed by the Institution concerned (only in case of school children sponsored by their respective institutions) is required to be submitted by all persons attending the Adventure Camps / Tours. Please note that J&K Tourism Department shall not allow any person to participate in these camps without submitting this indemnity bond.
    
    
11. All disputes subject to jurisdiction of Jammu Courts only.
