Amarnath India: Booking of Pre-fabricated Huts of Shri Amarnath Shrine Board

You will be pleased to know that we have got the contract for providing the Hospitality Service for all the Pre-Fabricated huts of Amarnath Shrine Board for three years – 2007; 2008 & 2009.

We have approx. 1100 beds at the various sites as under:
	BALTAL - 700 Beds in 4 Bed Hut Cost - Rs: 800/- per Hut / Night & 8 Bed Huts Cost - Rs: 1000/- per Hut / per night
	HOLY CAVE - 150 Beds in 6 Bed Huts - cost Rs: 1500/- per Hut / Night
	NUNWAN (Phalgam) - 40 Beds in 8 Bed Huts - cost Rs: 1000/- per Hut / Night
	PANJTARNI - 120 Beds in 8 Bed Huts - Cost Rs: 1000/- per Hut / Night
	SHESHNAG - 144 Beds in 8 Bed Huts - Cost Rs: 1500/- per Hut / Night
	Roll away Extra Bed can be provided @ Rs: 100/- per Bed subject to a maximum of 01 Bed per Hut & subject to availability.

All the above prices are NET & you can promote these after adding your service charges.

These huts are fully insulated & have Bunk Beds with all the bedding - i.e.
	Mattress + Quilt + Bed sheets + Pillow with attached Bathrooms & Electricity with Running Cold Water.
	All huts have Bunk Beds & attached Bathrooms.
	Only Huts at the Holy Cave have Cot Beds with attached Bathrooms & the Toilets are Centrally located & are away from the Huts.
	Hot water is available at Rs: 20/- per Bucket.

Advance booking for these can also be done so you can start booking your requirements immediately.

Terms & Conditions for Booking of Huts

1.	Cancellation charges for all bookings will be as under:
	a.	45 Days prior to the booked date - 10% cancellation charges
	b.	30-45 days prior to the booked date - 50% cancellation charges
	c.	20-30 days prior to the booked date - 75% cancellation charges
	d.	20 days prior to the booked date - No refund
	e.	Advance Booking will lapse / be released at 6 PM (1800hrs) on the same day so please inform your clients to reach campsite before this time.

2.	Bookings can be done on a PER BED / PER HUT basis.

The amount should be deposited in our ICICI Bank as under & a fax of the deposit slip sent to us.
